Our technical team and international business department warmly received the visiting team from Southwest University of Science and Technology at our factory. After a brief welcome meeting in the conference room, our technical director comprehensively introduced the company's development history, product system, technological advantages, and latest R&D achievements in vacuum heat treatment, high-temperature sintering, and atmosphere control to the teachers. Following this, the visiting team toured our company's production workshop, equipment assembly and debugging center, sheet metal processing workshop, and finished product display area. During the tour, the professors highly praised our 6S on-site management standards, lean production processes, and advanced processing equipment. They paid particular attention to the manufacturing details of several vacuum furnaces, tube furnaces, and bogie furnaces under assembly, including furnace body welding processes, vacuum system assembly processes, heating element layout, and temperature control system integration. The afternoon's itinerary included live demonstrations of several pieces of equipment. Accompanied by our engineers, the visiting team observed the entire vacuuming and heating process of a heat-insulated vacuum furnace (working area 400×400×400mm), reviewed the independent temperature control effect of a multi-zone tube furnace, and observed the material tumbling and heating uniformity of a tilting rotary tube furnace under dynamic heating conditions. Both parties also conducted preliminary feasibility studies on specific process requirements related to the university's research projects, including high-temperature treatment of nuclear waste solidification materials, vacuum heat treatment of polymer films, and vacuum sintering of metal-based ceramic coatings. Our technical team provided preliminary process suggestions and equipment configuration schemes based on the characteristics of various materials.

Southwest University of Science and Technology's Relevant Research Directions and Equipment Needs: Southwest University of Science and Technology possesses the State Key Laboratory of Environmentally Friendly Energy Materials and the Provincial and Ministerial Collaborative Innovation Center for Nuclear Waste and Environmental Safety, conducting extensive research in the areas of nuclear waste treatment and disposal and radiation safety materials. The laboratory has independently developed a series of instruments and equipment, including a novel high-temperature ceramic rapid-fire equipment and a diamond thin-film CVD preparation system, achieving industrial-scale production of nuclear-grade extraction resins and the production and application of radiation protection gloves. In the research on radioactive waste vitrification, the university successfully developed a laboratory electric melting furnace for medium- and low-level radioactive waste vitrification, successfully producing and simulating nuclear waste vitrified products, achieving a breakthrough in my country's technology and process research in this field.
